Curso «Life Cycles and Developmental Origins of Health and Disease»

Dear Students,

We are delighted to invite you to subscribe to a new course called Life Cycles and Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD), integrating professors and students from all Latin America. The classes will be given in Portuguese, Spanish and English. And the discussion will be performed in any language. 

The course will be developed in 6 virtual meetings, always on Thursdays (3-6pm, Brazilian time).

   Opening, welcome and general guidelines

   Concept, mechanisms and importance of the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease in Life Cycles

Topic 2. May 11th

   DOHaD and intrauterine period

Topic 3. May 18th

   DOHaD and breast-feeding

Topic 4. May 25th

   DOHaD and preschool and school

Topic 5. June 1st

   DOHaD and adolescence

Topic 6. June 15th

   DOHaD and adulthood and senility
